• Ad Content (including Meta/Facebook Ads): Images, videos, headlines, descriptions, and other creative assets you submit for analysis — including ads from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google
• Landing Page Data: URLs and publicly accessible content from landing pages you analyze
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service, including analysis requests and results
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and access logs

AdAlign.io integrates with Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to help you analyze your paid advertising. This section specifically addresses how we handle data in connection with Meta.

• What Meta data we access: Ad creative assets you submit for analysis — including images, video thumbnails, headlines, and ad copy from your Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. We access only the content you explicitly provide or authorize. We do not collect personal data of individual Facebook or Instagram users.
• How we use it: Meta ad data is used solely to perform the ad-to-landing-page congruence analysis you requested. It is not used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
• How we store it: Ad creative assets are stored securely in our database (Supabase/PostgreSQL) with SSL/TLS encryption in transit and at rest, with strict role-based access controls. Raw creative assets uploaded for analysis may be retained to support your evaluation history.
• Data retention: Analysis results and associated ad content are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).
• No advertising use: Data obtained via Meta is never sold, used for ad targeting or retargeting, or shared with third-party advertisers under any circumstances.
• How to request deletion: Email privacy@adalign.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your registered email address and specify whether you want to delete all data or specific evaluations. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide AI-powered ad analysis and generate evaluation reports
• Build anonymized industry benchmarks and performance insights to improve recommendations
• Improve our analysis algorithms and service quality through aggregated data analysis
